Job DescriptionSalary: $19.23 per hour
Training and Development Responsibilities
- Develop training materials for employee training.
- Provide training for new employees as part of the on-boarding process.
- Provide refresher training for employees to ensure compliance with all training being completed.
- Collaborate with Human Resource Manager to coordinate training dates.
- Collaborate with employees to schedule dates for completion of training that are due.
- Enter and maintain training dates/certifications in BambooHR or other designated electronic training systems.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education
- Education or training:
A minimum of a bachelors degree in human services or related field (social work, psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, sociology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, human services counseling, or other degree and/or experience deemed equivalent to those described) from an accredited college.

Knowledge of community Intellectually Disabled Waiver programs delivery to persons who have an intellectual disability to include community integration, inclusion, empowerment, choice, and dignity of risk.Skilled in oversight of service delivery and employee supervision.Effective communication with a variety of agencies, departments, service providers, Individuals, families, etc. in marketing the Jerolin Management Services, LLC's services. Sustain cooperative/effective relationships.Oral and written communication required.
- Special licenses, registration, or certification:
Meet QIDP and QMHP standards or equivalent experience. Valid drivers license with good driving record. Current training in CPR/FA, Medication Administration, HCBS, Serious Incident Reporting, and Behavior Management Trainings.
Successful completion of criminal history background and central registry investigations.
- Level and type of earlier work experience:
Minimum of one year of experience (consecutively or concurrently) providing direct services to persons who are intellectually disabled or have other developmental disabilities and clinical experience providing direct services to persons with a diagnosis of and mental illness preferred. Minimum of 6 months of experience providing employee training. Knowledge and skills with using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Forms. One year of supervisory experience, preferred.
