Job DescriptionGrowing Non-Profit on the peninsula seeks 2 eligibility coordinators.

In this role: Key duties will include::
• Call families from the e-list for enrollment screening
• Update family applications
• Schedule eligible families for orientations
• Review submitted documentation for enrollment
• Perform basic data entry
Desired Skills & Attributes:
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (priority); English/Mandarin or Cantonese will be considered as well
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Quick to learn new systems
Ideal candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
1-2 years of solid customer service experience.
Strong key board dexterity.
Basic MS office suite skills
Ability to juggle several tasks at once.
