Summary

Monday through Friday, 3-6 p.m.
afternoon classroom teacher position in infant area
Classroom of infants, ages 15 - 30 months

THIS IS A 5 DAY PER WEEK POSITION

Duties

work with another afternoon classroom teacher to provide care for infants.
follow DHS licensing rules and STARS standards while following afternoon classroom schedule
diapering, feedings, talking with parents at pick-up, prep and clean classroom for the next day.

Requirements

High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working with children
Additional higher education or training.

TCDC is a faith based, non-profit, fully licensed childcare center in Knoxville, TN. We are a ministry of Trinity United Methodist Church, a 3 STAR center, and strive to provide the highest quality of care to the families we serve. We are looking for honest and hard working people who love working with children and have a like minded view that this ministry is a mission field for the community we serve. We offer a full day program for infants through Pre-Kindergarten and an after-school program that services 4 elementary schools in our community.
