Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on delivering top-tier technical solutions, supporting customer implementation activities, and ensuring the successful adoption of enterprise software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical consulting, database design, and cloud technologies, paired with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage customer implementation projects, including developing reports and deploying technical solutions in both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Provide comprehensive training to customer teams, enabling them to independently support Amtech solutions post-implementation.
• Support go-live processes and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth transitions for customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical problems and contribute expertise to organizational initiatives.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical competencies and foster growth.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation to guarantee solutions meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their technical needs and demonstrate the capabilities of Amtech's solutions.
• Utilize tools such as SQL, BI software, and Amtech reporting systems to develop and optimize technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex application issues, leveraging cloud platforms and programming languages like Java and .NET.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by managing expectations and delivering effective communication.• Proven experience in enterprise application implementation and technical consulting.
• Proficiency in SQL, database design, and joins, with knowledge of additional programming languages like Java and .NET.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of server technologies, networking, and software architecture.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools like Smartsheet and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver actionable solutions.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
