Soliant Education is now seeking dedicated and passionate Special Education Teachers to join our team for the 20252026 school year nearChattanooga, TN. These are onsite contract positions offering weekly pay, prehensive benefits, and consistent support from our recruiting team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs

• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Provide direct instruction and support to students in a self-contained setting (Full-Year Role)

• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff

• Monitor and report on student progress

• Adapt teaching strategies to acmodate different learning styles

• Maintain accurate documentation in pliance with district and state regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Masters preferred)

• Valid Tennessee Special Education Teaching License or ability to obtain

• Previous experience working in special education settings preferred

• Strong munication and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
