This full-time position for the 2025-2026 school year involves conducting evaluations and facilitating groups, with a focus on supporting diverse student needs within the framework of the schools MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) for reading, math, and behavior.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Certification as a School Psychologist in the relevant state
- Experience conducting psychological evaluations and assessments
- Proficient in developing and implementing intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide professional development to staff
Location: Fairfield, PA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 50-60 psychological evaluations annually
- Work collaboratively with administrators and teachers to enhance the MTSS framework
- Facilitate various student groups to promote social, emotional, and academic development
- Provide training and professional development for staff on best practices in mental health
- Ensure compliance with all state and school district regulations and guidelines
