About the Role:
In this fully remote position, youll provide essential psychological services including student evaluations, virtual counseling, and collaboration with families and school teams. Youll play a key role in creating and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), helping students thrive in all areas of development.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to determine special education eligibility

Provide virtual counseling and crisis support

Develop and oversee personalized IEPs and BIPs

Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
Qualifications:

Masters degree in School Psychology, Psychology, or a related field

Active and valid School Psychologist license in the state of Connecticut

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based setting

Experience with teletherapy or remote service delivery is a plus

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as part of a virtual team
