Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in an elementary setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Knowledge of various teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students unique needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Provide differentiated instruction in the classroom to support various learning abilities.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and progress.
