Qualifications:

• Valid ETS ParaPro Assessment or an Associate's degree with relevant experience
• Previous experience working with students, particularly in one-on-one settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other educational staff
• Dependable transportation for in-person support

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students requiring one-on-one assistance
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement instructional plans
• Assist students with daily tasks and classroom activities
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
