School Year: 20252026 (August 11, 2025 May 21, 2026)
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week
Service Type: Onsite Only
pensation: $80/hour (non-bilingual) | $83/hour (bilingual)

Position Overview:

A full-time Special Education Teacher is needed to serve in a high-needs, K5 intensive autism program for the 20252026 school year. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required. This position focuses on providing individualized, structured support to students with significant needs related to autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Implement and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Utilize evidence-based autism interventions and de-escalation techniques

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support academic, behavioral, and social development

• Engage in consistent documentation and progress monitoring

Caseload:

• K5 students in an intensive autism support setting

• High-needs population requiring significant structure and support

• One position available

Requirements (Must Be Included to Be Considered):

• Valid Colorado Special Education Teaching License

• Experience with autism-specific interventions (e.g., TEACCH, CPI/NCI, sensory integration)

• Ability to work in a structured, high-needs environment

• Strong team collaboration and munication skills
