Elementary Teacher Openings (Grades 1-4) - St. Paul, MN
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Elementary Teachers to join our team on the east side of St. Paul, MN, for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. We have openings across grades 1-4, with specificneeds for 2nd and 3rd grade.
About the Role:
As an Elementary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive, engaging, and challenging learning environment that fosters the academic, social, and emotional development of your students. You will develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback. Collaboration with colleagues, parents, and administrators is key to ensuring student success.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging instructional activities across various subjects (e.g., reading, writing, mathematics, science, social studies).

Create a positive and inclusive classroom climate conducive to learning.

Assess student understanding and progress regularly using a variety of formative and summative assessments.

Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.

Maintain accurate and timely records of student attendance, grades, and progress.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding student performance and well-being.

Collaborate with grade-level teams and specialists to enhance the educational experience.

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in elementary education.

Manage student behavior effectively and implement approved disciplinary procedures when necessary.

School year: August 11 - June 3
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.

Must hold a valid Minnesota Teaching License in Elementary Education.

Previous classroom experience at the elementary level is preferred.

Strong classroom management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
