Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Valid school psychologist certification or license in Michigan
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations, initial assessments, and re-evaluations for students
- Serve a diverse K-12 caseload, providing services in multiple schools
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and other specialists
- Provide consultation to educators and staff regarding student needs and interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress
- Support students' mental health and emotional well-being through individual and group counseling
