Duties
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans for children aged [insert age range, e.g., 3-5 years].
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Work closely with parents to communicate student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and engaging curriculum.
- Maintain classroom organization and ensure a clean and safe environment.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or a CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential.
- Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine love for children and the ability to build trusting relationships.
