Join Midwest Vision Partners and help shape the future of eyecare across the Midwest. We're looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist to play a key role in ensuring our physicians and facilities are enrolled and credentialed efficiently and compliantly with government and commercial payors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Complete and submit provider enrollment applications accurately and within required timeframes.

• Collect and verify all documentation needed for provider and facility enrollment.

• Follow up with contractors and respond to inquiries promptly.

• Collaborate with Facility Managers, Payors, and Physicians to ensure enrollment compliance.

• Research and resolve credentialing-related issues; stay current on regulatory changes (CME's, Licensure, etc.).

• Notify Credentialing Verification Organizations (CVO) and payors of new or departing providers and credentialing updates.

• Maintain complete, up-to-date credentialing files for all providers and allied health professionals.

• Enter and update provider data in databases accurately.

• Serve as a liaison between the Credentialing Department and internal teams to ensure policy compliance.

• Support internal compliance audits and report findings to the Compliance Officer and leadership.

What You Bring

• Experience: At least 3 years of credentialing/enrollment experience in a healthcare setting.

• Knowledge:

  • Credentialing policies and procedures.

  • Government payor application processes.

  • Healthcare record-keeping best practices.

  • Excellent customer service principles.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency with google, Excel, and database systems.

  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • Ability to interpret enrollment regulations and ensure compliance.
