Trinity Medical Solutions is a 24/7 operation providing critical logistics coordination to the organ donation and transplantation community. We are seeking a full-time Corporate Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support the development and success of our employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is passionate about developing talent.
Location: Chandler, AZ (In-Office)
Pay Range: $70,000–$85,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (with occasional adjustments to accommodate East Coast schedules)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals
- Facilitate training in-person, virtually, and through blended formats
- Continuously assess training effectiveness and make improvements
- Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Provide coaching and follow-up support to reinforce learning
- Maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts
- Utilize learning management systems and ensure documentation standards are met
- Stay up to date on company procedures, policies, and best practices
- Represent the Trinity brand with professionalism in all communications
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to team development initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred OR 5+ years of experience as a trainer or facilitator
- 2–4 years of experience leading teams, coaching, and driving performance improvement
- Strong instructional design and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs, including flexible availability for occasional nights and weekends
- Patience, positivity, and a passion for helping others learn
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work at a computer for long durations
- Able to manage stress and shifting priorities effectively
- Ability to become subject matter expert on the logistics and ground transportation roles in order to fully train the positions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Adult Education
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles
