Location: Elementary School, Cudahy, WI (Grades K5)
School Year: 20252026
Start Date: August 20, 2025
Schedule: Part-Time, 14 Hours per Week
Work Model: Hybrid 2 Days On Campus, 1 Day Virtual

Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-Time School Psychologist for the 20252026 school year. This hybrid role supports students in grades K5 by addressing their academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs in partnership with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for elementary students

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans

  • Provide consultation and support regarding behavioral interventions and mental health needs

  • Offer short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed

  • Support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) efforts

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure pliance with state and federal regulations

  • Participate in student support teams and parent meetings

Work Schedule:

  • 14 hours per week

  • 3 days per week (2 days on campus in Cudahy, 1 day virtual)

  • Start date: August 20, 2025

Qualifications:

  • Valid Wisconsin Pupil Services Credential or equivalent School Psychology certification

  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

  • Experience working with K5 students in school settings

  • Knowledge of special education laws, psychological assessments, and intervention strategies

  • Excellent munication and collaboration skills
