Soliant is seeking a School Social Worker to support a K-12 caseload at a school near Ogden, KS, for the 2025-2026academic year. This role focuses on enhancing students social and emotional well-being through targeted support services.
Position Details:

<li>Schedule: Monday Friday, 37.5 hours per week </li>
<li>Caseload:K-12 </li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide counseling and behavioral support for students </li>
<li>Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) </li>
<li>Assess student needs and track progress </li>
<li>Collaborate with staff, families, and IEP teams to implement support strategies </li>
