Now Hiring: Overnight Monitors | Peer Support
Location: Woodridge Interventions, 2221 64th Street, Woodridge, IL 60517
Immediate openings for Monitors | Peer Support to work overnights at our substance abuse treatment program located in DuPage County. Here, you will be part of a dedicated team helping at-risk adolescents and adults in BUILDING BETTER FUTURES.
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Typical Schedule: Midnight - 8 AM

Overnight Monitors | Peer Support
Job Duties Include, but not limited to:
- Remains alert and responsive to the unit and patients during sleeping hours.
- Assists evening staff with bed & bath routines.
- Conducts outside perimeter checks.
- Conducts nightly safety checks.
- Conducts bed/body checks in not less than 15-minute intervals.
- Screens patients and their belongings.
- Records inappropriate behaviors of patients.
- Documents unsafe conditions and notifies appropriate persons about these conditions.
- Utilizes crisis intervention techniques and is able to identify potential conflicts and intervene.
Hiring Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
- At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks; including but not limited to employment and/or personal reference and driving records.
- Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
