Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid school psychologist license or certification in Texas.
- Experience working with K-12 students, demonstrating effective assessment and intervention techniques.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and students.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Knowledge of mental health issues and best practices in school psychology.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
- Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and parents regarding student needs and interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEPs.
- Deliver direct counseling services to students and promote mental health awareness.
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to the development of policies and programs that support student well-being.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
