Summary
Assist teacher in daily activities and help set up and clean up from activities.
Duties
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Support students with behavior management and classroom management
- Provide one-on-one attention and support to students who may need additional assistance
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with organizing and maintaining classroom materials and resources
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback
Skills:
- Experience working with students in a classroom or educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
