Qualifications:
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience teaching high school students, particularly in grades 8 through 12
- Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and transition planning
- Ability to work collaboratively with paraprofessionals and other support staff
- Experience with nonverbal students and assistive technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
