We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ACA or ICHRA enrollments and client support, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with benefits administration. Prior experience in ACA or Group health insurance is a must. Knowledge in healthcare exchange platforms is a plus. Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Duties

• Enroll employees of business owners into Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) plans.
• Complete (ACA) individual enrollments in the marketplace and inputting into company CRM system.
• Manage client inquiries and provide information regarding their insurance policies and benefits at the ICHRA or ACA level.
• Communicate effectively with client(s) to ensure understanding of coverage and benefits.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client service delivery and improve overall client satisfaction.
• Monitor client qualifications and requirements for annual renewal purposes.
• Stay updated on current healthcare regulations and CMS changes for ACA compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in health insurance or benefits-related position a plus.
• Holds valid health/life insurance license in the SE region is a plus or is qualified to obtain.
• Experience with healthcare exchange platforms a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Ability to multi-task: entering data into CRM while searching information, asking and answering questions with client on the phone.
• Familiarity in benefits administration processes is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple client accounts effectively.
