Summary

We are seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to join our team and provide a nurturing and educational environment for young children. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our future generation.

Duties

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning through play
- Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment for children
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and communicate effectively with parents
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conductive to learning

Requirements

Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare center setting is required or working with Toddler age 18 month to 36 months
- Knowledge of creative curriculum
- Ability to educate and engage young learners in a classroom setting
- Understanding of child welfare and development best practices
- Experience in toddler care, is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

Nice To Haves

Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA in Infants and Toddlers
CPR and First Aid Certified
A minimum of 3 years experience working with children ages 18 months to 36 months
Worked in a Licensed by the State of New Jersey Child Care Center
