A school near Vallejo, California is seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher for the 20252026 school year to support students in grades 24. This position is ideal for an educator passionate about early intervention and inclusive practices in an elementary setting.

Position Details:

• Location: Near Vallejo, CA

• Schedule: Full-Time

• School Year: Starts August 2025

• Grade Level: 2nd grade-4th Grade

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized academic instruction in a small-group or inclusion setting

• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and support staff

• Monitor and report student progress toward IEP goals

• Utilize evidence-based strategies tailored to individual student needs

• Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and administrators

Requirements:

• Education Specialist Instruction Credential Mild/Moderate

• Authorized to teach at the elementary level in California

• Experience with early elementary students preferred

• Strong IEP development, classroom management, and collaboration skills
