Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves creating impactful learning materials and delivering effective training solutions tailored to diverse audiences. Based in Washington, District of Columbia, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of educational content using advanced tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging instructional materials using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Design computer-based and instructor-led training programs to meet organizational learning objectives.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure the effective delivery of content to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and align learning materials with strategic goals.
• Implement instructional systems design principles to create impactful training solutions.
• Evaluate and improve existing training programs to enhance learner outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to trainers and participants during training sessions.
• Utilize technology to optimize the development and delivery of training content.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in training and development.• Proven experience in instructional design and development.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of instructional systems design principles.
• Ability to create both computer-based and instructor-led training materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience conducting training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with training development and evaluation methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field preferred.
