We are looking for a mission-driven Operations Training Coach to help train and develop our retail leaders and team members, ensuring that our stores not only perform at their best, but that our people do too.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on training to store teams and supervisors
- Support operational excellence across multiple store locations
- Guide team leaders through onboarding, coaching, and performance development
- Ensure safe, compliant, customer-focused operations
- Drive progress toward team and store KPIs
What You Bring:
- Experience in retail or operations leadership (2+ years preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for developing others
- Willingness to travel across store locations
- A commitment to Goodwill's values of Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, and Excellence
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Availability to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Comfort with bending, standing, lifting up to 40 lbs
- Tech-friendly and able to navigate systems and scheduling tools
