Employment Type: Full Time Contract for the 25/26 school year

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related area
• Valid New Mexico K-12 Special Education License issued by the New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED)
• Background check and fingerprinting clearance as required by the state
• Previous school experience preferred

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students individual needs
• Provide direct instruction, intervention, and resource support
• Adapt curriculum and work with general education teachers to ensure student success
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families
• Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally
