Soliant is seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Teacher for a full-time, onsite position supporting a high-needs K5 intensive autism program. This role is ideal for educators skilled in autism-specific strategies and mitted to creating individualized, supportive learning environments.

Position Overview:

• Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week

• Onsite only no virtual options

• K5 Intensive Autism Program

• Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing IEPs

  • Implementing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Utilizing autism-specific interventions (e.g., TEACCH, CPI/NCI, sensory integration)

• Bilingual candidates preferred, but not required

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Special Education or related field

• Active Colorado Special Education Teaching License

• Experience with autism-specific interventions and behavior management techniques

• CPI/NCI or de-escalation training preferred
