Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored educational plans based on individual student needs.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to create an inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Monitor student progress and adapt instructional strategies to ensure engagement and success.
• Manage and maintain student IEPs, ensuring compliance and effective communication with families.
• Facilitate a positive and structured classroom environment, particularly in self-contained settings.

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with LBS1 Certificate.
• Experience in cross-categorical classrooms and writing/managing IEPs.
• Strong commitment to fostering inclusive practices and Specially Designed Instruction (SDI).
