Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, families, and students.
  • Inspire, motivate, listen, and conduct training sessions for staff on various educational topics, incorporating guest speakers as needed.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with K-12 Common Core standards and implement them into lesson planning.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, instructors, and vendors to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Observe classroom instruction and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Develop and monitor individualized learning plans to ensure adherence to established guidelines.
  • Familiarize oneself with test-prep strategies and interpret test results.
  • Conduct assessments and research to determine the most beneficial curriculum for each student's educational objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs to support students' academic growth and the organization's overall success.


Requirements:

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an educational leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience (not including tutoring).

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support staff, students, and families.
