We are immediately seeking qualified part-time Elementary Tutor who can teach all (or most) subjects - Reading, Writing, Math, Science and Social Studies to a homeschooled 4th grade level student following Loudoun County curriculum. The job requires working with the student in their home or a dance studio for 6-7 hours per week in the late morning and early afternoon hours.
Student has ADHD and potentially ADD.
They will earn $25-30/hr. depending on qualifications.
Teachers/Tutors needed in Ashburn, VA area.
The candidate should be passionate about teaching/tutoring, should be able to plan lessons to give a good head start to the student and support student. Tutor should be able to help student learn how to be organized and should be willing to try different techniques to help their students make progress.
What do we look for in a tutor:
Recent experience in teaching and tutoring All or Most Elementary Subjects.
Ability to build rapport with students.
Sufficient knowledge of core educational subjects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Parents as well as ClubZ! Director
