This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated School Psychologist to support K-12 students in a dynamic school environment based in Escondido, CA. This full-time contract role spans the current school year, providing professional experience within a comprehensive educational setting. The assignment timeline is immediate start through June 18th, with no VOCO hours required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized support plans.
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and parents to implement strategies that foster student academic and emotional success.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of special education programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation aligned with district guidelines and regulatory standards.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid credentials and licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Proficiency in assessment tools and psychological evaluation techniques for K-12 populations.
