Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years special education experience required.
Soliant is seeking a passionate, skilled, and collaborative Special Education Teacher/Case Manager to serve elementary students during the 20252026 school year. The successful candidate will support students with disabilities by providing specialized instruction, managing IEPs, and collaborating with staff and families to foster inclusive educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with students IEP goals.

Serve as the case manager for assigned students, overseeing IEP development, implementation, and pliance.

Conduct progress monitoring, assessments, and data collection.

Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support inclusive practices and student success.

Attend and facilitate IEP meetings, eligibility reviews, and team planning sessions.

Implement behavior intervention plans and use appropriate classroom management strategies.

Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with state and district requirements.
Required Qualifications:

Valid Oregon TSPC license with a Special Education endorsement or eligibility to obtain prior to the start of the school year.

Knowledge of IDEA, IEP processes, and instructional strategies for diverse learners.
