Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Special Education Teacher position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, with opportunities in Craig, CO. This full-time or part-time role offers flexibility to tailor caseloads within K-12 settings to match your experience and preferences. The position runs from August 13 to May 21, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs, collaborating with general education teachers and support staff, monitoring student progress, and adapting instructional methods to ensure all students receive appropriate support.
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Experience working with students across K-12 grade levels
- Ability to design and execute individualized accommodations and modifications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
