Qualifications:
- Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- Active Virginia School Psychologist credential
- Experience in school-based settings or with diverse caseloads preferred
- Must pass background and fingerprinting requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments and interventions for K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop tailored strategies
- Support the special education team in creating inclusive learning environments
- Conduct crisis intervention and provide support for students' mental health needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students' individualized education plans
