Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Language Arts (ELA) Elementary Teacher to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for literacy, a talent for engaging young learners, and the ability to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality ELA instruction aligned with state standards

Teach reading, writing, and language skills to elementary students

Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners

Use assessments and data to guide instruction

Collaborate with staff and families to support student achievement

Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
-
Missouri teaching certification (or the ability to obtain one)

Previous experience teaching English Language Arts at the elementary level

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Must pass state and federal background checks
-
Must be registered with the Family Care Safety Registry
