A full-time Special Education teaching opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Billings, MT, serving K-12 students. This contracted position requires a licensed Montana Special Education Teacher and is ideal for educators committed to enhancing learning experiences for students with diverse needs. Onsite candidates only will be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement specialized instructional plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive classroom environments.
- Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
- Adapt curriculum materials to meet a wide range of learner abilities.
- Engage with parents and school staff to promote student success.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Montana Special Education Teacher certification.
- Strong knowledge of instructional strategies for students with disabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with students across K-12 grade levels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to student-centered educational practices.
