This opportunity is for Special Education Teachers to support students across multiple grade levels from elementary through middle and high school. The position runs from September 2, 2025, through June 4, 2026, and requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. Candidates must have current licensure as a Special Education Teacher.
Positions are available at various schools serving K-12 students, providing the chance to work with diverse learners in a structured environment. The assignment offers ongoing support to ensure educators have the resources and assistance needed for success throughout the school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Special Education Teacher licensure
- Experience working with K-12 students, ideally across different grade spans
- Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and special education policies
- Ability to create inclusive, engaging learning environments tailored to diverse student needs
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction aligned with IEP goals and state standards
- Monitor student progress and implement interventions as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district requirements
- Participate in professional development and team meetings
