The Youth Sports Coach is responsible for delivering structured sports programming to groups of young children following B.E.S.T. curriculum guidelines. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to providing an excellent experience for participants and their families.

Work Environment:
- Classes may be held indoors or outdoors based on location and season.
- Physical activity required, including standing, running, and participating in sports drills.
- Travel between multiple class locations may be required based on scheduling.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to physically participate in sports activities.
- Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 40 pounds).
- Ability to stand, move, and be physically active for extended periods.

Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct sports classes, camps, and/or clinics for children ages 18 months to 12 years.
- Implement and follow B.E.S.T. lesson plans and coaching techniques.
- Maintain a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment.
- Ensure the safety and supervision of all participants at all times.
- Set up, organize, and break down equipment as needed before and after classes.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, teammates, and supervisors.
- Complete required class check-ins, reporting, and attendance tracking.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Represent B.E.S.T. values and uphold a high standard of customer service.
