Continuing Education Adjunct Faculty (Fall 2025)
Salary: $1,000/per credit (In-person or synchronous) (classes 3 credits)
$1,800/per credit (Asynchronous) (classes 3 credits)
Trinity Washington University is seeking experienced and dedicated adjunct faculty members to teach graduate-level and undergraduate-level professional development courses in our Continuing Education program. We offer graduate-level courses designed for educators, counselors, administrators, and other school personnel seeking to earn credit for in-service, recertification, and continuing education requirements. Our undergraduate-level courses focus on providing introductory overviews of paralegal studies, data analytics, and office administration. These courses cover a wide range of subjects and are offered in various formats, including live in-person, online live synchronous, and online asynchronous.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver course content for graduate-level or undergraduate-level professional development courses.
- Engage students through interactive and dynamic teaching methods.
- Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades.
- Collaborate with the Office of Continuing Education to ensure course quality and alignment with program goals.
- Stay current with developments in the field of education and incorporate relevant advancements into course content.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Education or a related field; Doctorate preferred
- Relevant teaching experience at the K-12 or higher education level
- Demonstrated expertise in the subject area of the course(s) to be taught
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and inspire adult learners
