Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a dedicated Substitute Paraprofessional to support a partner school district in North Kansas City, MO.
Responsibilities:

Provide classroom and instructional support to students with diverse learning needs

Assist certified teachers with behavior support and academic instruction

Work 1:1 or in small groups to reinforce educational goals

Support students with basic care needs when necessary

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children

Active Substitute or Paraprofessional Certification on DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education)

Must pass drug screening and fingerprint/background check

Strong communication and teamwork skills
