An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated professional with expertise in school psychology. This part-time, contract position is based in Lexington, SC, within a K-12 educational environment, and spans the academic year from July 16, 2025, to June 5, 2026. The role involves providing psychological assessments and interventions to students, ensuring their educational and emotional needs are effectively met.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid school psychologist certification or license.
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in evaluations.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for a caseload of 35-40 students.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide remendations based on evaluation results.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student learning and well-being.
- Provide counseling and psychological interventions as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic student support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions.
