Connsci is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs supporting the implementation and use of ICAM tools and processes on one of our large federal programs. This role requires expertise in instructional design, content creation, and delivery of both in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to various CMS stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and proficiency in creating engaging training materials that effectively address user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and materials for ICAM tools and processes.
- Create interactive eLearning modules, instructor-led training sessions, and comprehensive user guides.
- Assess training needs through stakeholder collaboration and adjust materials accordingly.
- Facilitate training sessions and provide post-training support to ensure user competency and satisfaction.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all training materials comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in instructional design or IT training
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Current Public Trust or higher level government clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification such as CompTIA CTT+ or equivalent strongly preferred
Location: This role can be performed remotely but occasional team meeting are possible so preference will be given to applicants who are local to the DC Metro area.
