Role Overview

As a Wellness Specialist, you will be at the heart of our wellness services—working with clients to design customized wellness plans, deliver non-invasive treatments, and educate them on lifestyle and self-care practices. You’ll collaborate with our aesthetic and medical professionals to ensure a seamless and transformative client journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth client consultations, assessments, and health screenings

• Design and implement personalized wellness plans combining treatments (e.g., IV therapy, body treatments, LED therapy), nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle coaching

• Perform non-invasive treatments following established protocols and safety standards

• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed for optimal outcomes

• Educate clients on at-home care routines, product use, and sustainable lifestyle habits

• Foster a warm, welcoming, and professional spa environment

• Collaborate closely with medical staff to coordinate comprehensive care

• Maintain meticulous, compliant, and confidential client documentation

• Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing training

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current certification or licensure in a relevant field (e.g., esthetician, wellness coaching, IV therapy, holistic health)

• 2+ years of experience in medical spa, wellness, or clinical settings

• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, wellness protocols, and holistic health practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach

• Professionalism in appearance, demeanor, and compliance with privacy regulations

• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment

• Proficiency with spa management software and electronic client records

• Commitment to ongoing education and delivering exceptional client care
