Middle School Multi-Subject Teacher - Grade 7 and 8

Monarch Charter School is seeking an MiddleSchool Multi-Subject Teacher to join the team.

About the Role

This full-time position involves teaching core academic subjects. These include English/Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies to students in grades 7th and 8th. The ideal candidate is an energetic and adaptable educator who can implement engaging and differentiated instructional strategies to meet students' diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards.
  • Provide instruction across all core subjects, adapting curriculum materials and teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Assess, monitor, and document student academic progress.
  • Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organized classroom environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student success.
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
  • Participate in school-wide activities and programs.

Qualifications

  • Multiple subject teaching credential.
  • Valid Multiple Subject Teaching Credential/License.
  • Experience teaching at the elementary/middle school level.
