Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 3:30 PM

Overview:

Two positions are available for licensed educators passionate about supporting middle school students receiving special education services. The roles focus on delivering individualized instruction, behavioral support, and collaborative programming in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

Position Descriptions:

Position 1: Federal Setting III EBD

• Work with students eligible under Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) in a structured learning environment.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Focus on academic growth, behavior regulation, and social-emotional skills.

Position 2: Building-Level ASD Support

• Provide tailored support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

• Collaborate with education staff to implement IEP goals and inclusive strategies.

• Offer intervention and consultation aligned with student needs.

Caseload:

• 810 students or fewer, depending on needs and program design.

Qualifications:

• Current or eligible Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (Tier 14).

• Preferred licensure: EBD, ASD, SLD, or ABS.

• Strong understanding of IEP development and behavior intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEPs.

• Track progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Maintain pliance with special education laws and documentation.

• Collaborate closely with staff and families.
