A dedicated School Psychologist is sought for a full-time position for the 2025-2026 school year, serving students from Kindergarten through 7th grade. This role involves providing crucial psychological services within an elementary school setting, particularly focusing on the unique needs of students aged 5 to 13.
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois School Psychologist Certification
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Experience working with elementary and middle school students
- Strong skills in conducting psycho-educational evaluations and assessments
- Proficient in writing prehensive evaluation reports
- Ability to collaborate effectively with administration, teachers, and parents
- Knowledge of special education laws and IEP processes

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho-educational evaluations to assess student needs
- Write and deliver evaluation reports to support student placement and services
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, contributing to student support plans
- Coordinate with school administration, teachers, and parents to implement interventions

- Support students social and emotional development through individual and group counseling
