- Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students, ensuring personalized attention to their needs.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student assessments and interventions.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid state license or certification in School Psychology.
- Previous experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
- Ability to work both onsite and virtually, adapting to the needs of the students and the school.
