Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
Soliant isseeking a dedicated and qualified School-Based Behavior Specialist or Evaluator to provide in-person support for a school districtin Oregon. The role includes conducting evaluations, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and supporting Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), with a strong focus on collaboration during pre-referral processes and within the MTSS framework.
Due to the area's large Spanish-speaking population, bilingual (Spanish-English) candidates are highly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational and behavioral evaluations, including FBAs.

Develop and monitor Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) in collaboration with school teams.

Participate in pre-referral and MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) meetings to help guide intervention strategies.

Work directly with staff and families to support students' behavioral and emotional needs.

Provide consultation and training for teachers and school teams related to behavior and intervention supports.

Maintain documentation and reports in pliance with state and federal guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Licensed/certified to conduct evaluations in the state of Oregon(School Psychologist, LSSP, BCBA, or other relevant credential).

Experience in school-based behavioral services, FBAs, and MTSS.

Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred, not required).

Strong collaboration, munication, and case management skills.
