Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

Soliant isseeking a dedicated and qualified School-Based Behavior Specialist or Evaluator to provide in-person support for a school districtin Oregon. The role includes conducting evaluations, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and supporting Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), with a strong focus on collaboration during pre-referral processes and within the MTSS framework.

Due to the area's large Spanish-speaking population, bilingual (Spanish-English) candidates are highly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational and behavioral evaluations, including FBAs.

• Develop and monitor Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) in collaboration with school teams.

• Participate in pre-referral and MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) meetings to help guide intervention strategies.

• Work directly with staff and families to support students' behavioral and emotional needs.

• Provide consultation and training for teachers and school teams related to behavior and intervention supports.

• Maintain documentation and reports in pliance with state and federal guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed/certified to conduct evaluations in the state of Oregon(School Psychologist, LSSP, BCBA, or other relevant credential).

• Experience in school-based behavioral services, FBAs, and MTSS.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred, not required).

• Strong collaboration, munication, and case management skills.

Schedule and Location:

• This is a full time position

• Employment is for the duration of the school year, following the academic calendar
