Soliant Education is currently seeking qualified and passionate Special Education Teachers for the 2025-2026 school year in the Baldwin City, Kansas area. This is a full-time, onsite contract position with a high chance of renewal year over year.

Caseload Details:

• Elementary or Middle School level

• Resource or Specialized Classrooms (Behavior, Autism, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students

• Provide direct instructional support to students in a classroom setting

• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to support student success

• Adapt and modify curriculum to meet the needs of students with disabilities

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation in pliance with state and federal regulations

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field

• Active Kansas Teaching License with Special Education Endorsement

• Previous experience with special education populations preferred (Behavioral, Autism Spectrum Disorders, etc.)

• Strong munication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Must be able to work onsite
